We have received the following planning application: WD/2020/0747/MAJ.  Location: OLD FARM, BRADFORDS LANE, LITTLE HORSTED, TN22 5QS. Description: DEMOLITION OF GOLF COURSE GREEN KEEPING BUILDINGS AND THE ERECTION OF A TWO STOREY BUILDING TO PROVIDE STAFF ACCOMMODATION FOR PERMANENT STAFF OF THE EAST SUSSEX NATIONAL HOTEL, GOLF RESORT AND SPA.

This planning application covers the removal of storage facilities to be replaced with 30 studio rooms to accommodate members of staff. The net additional gross internal area is 759 meters squared (taking into account the removal of the existing buildings). From the plans it appears that the elevations of the new buildings will not exceed the current elevations however we are double checking this with the case officer. There will be car parking for 26 cars and bicycle storage for 30 bikes.
