Environment Agency – How to report and incident.

I have been asked to remind residents to approach the Environment Agency through the correct channels to ensure that cases are allocated correctly and a case has just one point of contact.

All reports need to go through the incident hotline which is 0800 80 70 60. This then can be recorded and filtered to the correct team to deal with.
