RESOLVED that, subject to the receipt of additional plans indicating how the paths and planting within the SANGS in the vicinity of the car park would be revised to take into account the amended car park location, then, Full planning permission BE GRANTED, subject to the conditions set out in the agenda report.
Response to Little Horsted Parish Meeting
The existing planning permission includes the provision of a permanent car park in this approximate location to serve the SANGS. The current planning application, although retrospective, makes similar provision and for the reasons set out in the officer report the amended proposals are considered to be acceptable.
Councillor Roundell, Committee and Local Ward Member, spoke in relation to the application but did not vote.
