National Grid – Little Horsted public engagement invitation
An information session to discuss National Grid’s proposed plans for a new electricity supply point near Little Horsted have been organised for September. The proposed development, at the junction of Eastbourne Road with the A22, will consist of two new substations and two pylons, one of which replaces an existing pylon.
Given the impact of COVID-19, as an alternative to face-to-face information sessions, National Grid will be hosting four virtual engagement sessions via the online video conferencing platform, Zoom.
These sessions will run in two parts, over two consecutive Thursdays in September. In the first session National Grid will share the proposed plans for the development. The second session will then be an opportunity for you to share your feedback and ask any further questions you might have about the plans.
The information sessions will run on Thursday 3 September 11am and 6pm.
The feedback and questions sessions will take place on Thursday 10 September 11am and 6pm.
To register your place for these virtual information sessions, or for further information, please contact the community relations team on 0800 6525 180 or email littlehorsted@communityrelations.co.uk.
