Planning Application WD/2019/0715/MAJ: East Sussex National – remodeling of land for 9 hold footgolf course, 3G football pitch with changing facilities & spectator stand and driving range changes.

Since the East Sussex national invited the parish meeting for a meeting late last year to discuss the plans they have been amended slightly. These changes include:

The changing facilities have been extended from 17m to 20m to incorporate changing for referees.

The position of the pitch has been moved slightly – by aprox 1-2m North. This does not effect or move the other facilities.

The planning boundary now does not include access to Bradfords lane.

They have removed the Bradfords lane access from their construction drawings and all access will come in via the main entrance. 

As these changes are small and the access change is of benefit to the residents on Bradfords lane the Parish meeting will be commenting their approval of the plans.
